PHNOM PENH (Phno Penh Post/ANN): Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet has forcefully denied that the government was involved in the assassination of Lim Kimya, a former opposition party lawmaker who was fatally shot by a Thai gunman in Bangkok on January 7.

He emphasised that if the government had orchestrated the murder, they would not have apprehended the suspect and handed him over to Thai authorities.
