PHNOM PENH (Phnom Penh Post/ANN): While commemorating the 25th anniversary of the formation of the Royal Cambodian Army Command Headquarters, Prime Minister Hun Manet called for the ongoing modernisation and reform of all specialised units.

Highlighting the significance of these reforms, he noted their purpose in bolstering army capabilities to address current challenges, safeguard national sovereignty and maintain peace.
