HANOI, May 22 (Reuters): Vietnam's manufacturing-led economy will continue to face unfavourable external conditions this year, Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai said on Monday, citing weak global demand and geopolitical uncertainty.

Khai told parliament Vietnam's economic growth in the first quarter was slower than expected, with firms facing difficulties and exports were falling.
