Myanmar extends zero tariffs on BEVs to March 2024


YANGON (Xinhua): Myanmar has decided to extend zero tariffs on battery electric vehicles (BEVs) for one year until March 31, 2024, according to the country's Ministry of Planning and Finance on Tuesday (May 2).

The zero-tariff treatment on the BEVs, first imposed in November last year, expired on March 31.
