Brunei capital Bandar Seri Begawan in top 10 least expensive in world for home buyers


BNADAR SERI BEGAWAN, Feb 25 (Borneo Bulletin/ANN): A new study placed Bandar Seri Begawan (BSB) in the top 10 most affordable cities for home buyers when taking into account yearly salaries and median home prices.

Buyers take 8.7 years to afford homes, according to global online lender NetCredit, which recently analysed over 800,000 online property listings for 73 global capitals and calculated the median house price for each city in total and per square metre.
