Hong Kong comics artist wins global manga award

HONG KONG (China Daily/Asia News Network): Hong Kong comics and illustration artist Pen So has won silver award at the 16th Japan International MANGA Award for his work See You In Memories.

So was one of the 15 artists selected in the first Comics Support Programme.
