YANGON, Dec 12 (Eleven Media Group/ANN): Myanmar's Union Minister for Electric Power, U Thaung Han, has confirmed that th country is in talks with Russia to generate electricity from wind power, small hydropower and thermal energy, and to build a factory to produce lithium batteries for EVs.
The meeting on the cooperation projects between the Ministry of Electric Power (MEP) and the Russian State Atomic Energy Corporation "ROSATOM" of the Russian Federation was held recently in the Myanmar capital.
