BANGKOK (The Nation/Asia News Network): The number of new companies entering the frozen food business in Thailand is surging, Deputy Commerce Minister Sinit Lertkrai said on Wednesday (Nov 30), adding that the segment was unscathed by the pandemic.
Sinit said that 92 new frozen food companies registered with his ministry during the first nine months of this year – an 84% surge over the same period last year when 50 new frozen food companies registered with the ministry.
