Philippines' dengue death toll climbs to 642 in 2022; cases also on the rise and almost hitting 200,000

MANILA, Nov. 28 (Xinhua): The Philippines' health department said Monday that deaths from dengue fever have climbed to 642 this year as the mosquito-borne disease cases rose by 191 percent from the same period last year.

The Department of Health has tallied 196,728 cases from Jan 1 to Nov 5.
