Laos ranks seventh worst country to live in by digital quality of life; US still No.1 while Israel tops Europe and South Korea tops in Asia

VIENTIANE, Sept 16 (Loatian Times/ANN): The fourth annual edition of the Digital Quality of Life Index (DQL) reports that Laos is the seventh worst country to live in regarding digital wellbeing.

That is out of 117 countries, or 92% of the global population.
