Coronavirus: Hong Kong approves Sinovac jab for toddlers as young as six months old

Hong Kong health officials on Tuesday authorised the use of the Sinovac Covid-19 jab for toddlers aged six months or above, with officials negotiating with BioNTech for a vaccine formula developed for children.

The decision by the government came one day after two scientific committees under the Department of Health recommended that the local vaccination age should be lowered to children aged six months.
