Vietnam reports 2,227 new Covid-19 cases; total infections now almost 10.7 as of Friday (May 13)

HANOI, May 13 (Xinhua): Vietnam recorded 2,227 new Covid-19 cases on Friday, down by 1,723 from Thursday, according to its Ministry of Health.

Among the new infections, only one was imported and the rest were domestically transmitted reported in 53 provinces and cities.
