Infections higher as 18,597 new Covid-19 cases reported in Singapore; 1,584 patients hospitalised as off Friday night (Feb 26)

SINGAPORE, Feb 26 (The Straits Times/ANN): A total of 18,597 new Covid-19 cases were reported on Friday night, up from 18,593 infections on Thursday (Feb 24).

This is the second successive day that the number of daily new cases has fallen below the 20,000 mark, after it exceeded that figure on Tuesday and Wednesday.
