Laos govt vows to slash red tape and boost its revenue


VIENTIANE, Jan 24 (Vientiane Times/ANN): The government has pledged to remove barriers that hinder business operations in Laos while speeding up bitcoin mining by authorised companies.

The strengthened focus on business is part of the government’s policy to tackle the country’s economic and financial difficulties and support economic recovery in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic.
