PHNOM PENH, Oct 3 (Phnom Penh Post/ANN): The Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology has warned residents living on the banks of the Stung Sen River in Kampong Thom province to be extremely careful about flooding, as water levels at the Sandan measuring station reached 18.26m on Oct 3.

In a notice, the ministry said Cambodia has been affected by the effects of the Indian low-pressure system from the moderate southwest monsoon.
