Covid-positive case delivers healthy baby girl as Brunei reports 141 new local Covid-19 cases, 4,035 cases in total


BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Sept 12 (Borneo Bulletin/ANN): A woman who tested positive for Covid-19 gave birth to a baby girl at the National Isolation Centre (NIC) on Saturday evening (Sept 11).

“The mother underwent a Caesarean operation to reduce the chances of an adverse reaction from the infection. Both the mother and child are in good health,” said Minister of Health Dato Seri Setia Dr Mohd Isham Jaafar.
