Myanmar to close schools for two more weeks amid Covid-19


YANGON, Sept 11 (Xinhua): Myanmar's Central Committee on Prevention, Control and Treatment for Covid-19 on Friday night (Sept 11) announced an extension of closure of schools for two weeks.

The closure will be applied to all basic education schools including private schools and Buddhist monastic schools until Sept 24, the announcement said.
