PHNOM PENH, April 19 (Phnom Penh Post/ANN): The Phnom Penh Municipal Administration has issued guidelines on how to get travel permission for priority groups during the lockdown of Phnom Penh, directing private institutions to apply through the municipality's One Window Service and limit their staff to a mere two per cent.

In a decision dated April 18, Municipal governor Khuong Sreng said this is to guarantee the normality of people’s lives amid the lockdown in line with the government’s directive, which states that only priority groups are exempted from the measure.
