Philippines: Covid-19 cases goes above 322,000 as daily number of 3,190 is highest in almost 2 weeks

MANILA, Oct. 4 (Xinhua): The number of confirmed Covid-19 (coronavirus) cases in the Philippines have surged to 322,497 after the Department of Health (DOH) reported 3,190 new daily cases on Sunday, the highest in almost two weeks.

Of the new cases on reported Sunday, the DOH said 2,709 or 85 per cent occurred from Sept 21 to Oct 4.
