Cebu City Mayor Labella dies at 70

CEBU CITY (Philippine Daily Inquirer/Asia News Network): Cebu City Mayor Edgardo Labella passed away at dawn Friday (Nov 19). He was 70.

His brother Elmer Labella said the mayor died past 3am in a private hospital in the city.
