KUALA LUMPUR: The area where Petronas tanker MT Orkim Harmony disappeared is a "hotspot" for piracy, said Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Seri Shahidan Kassim.
"The area is in Malaysian waters, bordering Singapore and Indonesia.
