MIC: Palanivel suspends Sakthivel, Jaspal and Mogan

KUALA LUMPUR: MIC president Datuk Seri G. Palanivel has suspended A. Sakthivel, Senator Datuk Jaspal Singh and Datuk V. Mogan's membership from the party for 12 months with immediate effect. 

He said an illegal meeting of the purported 2009 Central Working Committee (CWC) of MIC was held at the party’s headquarters on Feb 13 and chaired by deputy president Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam.
