BANTING: A notorious Klang-based gangster who was slashed to death outside a restaurant in Teluk Panglima Garang has been identified as a member of Gang 24, a notorious underworld organisation.
Kuala Langat OCPD Supt Azman Abdul Razak said the 35-year-old victim, known as Asli Guna, was held four times under the Emergency Ordinance and detained in Simpang Renggam.
