Nurul Izzah's husband refuses divorce, tells court he still loves wife and two children

KUALA LUMPUR: The husband of Lembah Pantai MP Nurul Izzah Anwar, Raja Ahmad Shahrir Iskandar Raja Salim told the the lower Syariah Court here on Tuesday that he did not wish to divorce his wife as he still loved her and their two children.

Speaking to reporters after divorce proceedings in chambers before Syarie judge Ab Malek Awang, Raja Ahmad Shahrir, 35, said "I did not agree to divorce my wife as I still love her and the children."
