KUALA LUMPUR: Swift response by the public and police led to the immediate capture of a 39-year-old welder-cum taxi driver who allegedly slashed another cabbie to death near Jalan Pudu Ulu Cheras here.
Cheras OCPD Asst Comm Mohan Singh said police rushed to the scene after the public alerted them of the incident at about 6.10am on Saturday.
