KUALA LUMPUR: Tow truck driver Koong Swee Kwan, accused of murdering banker Hussain Ahmad Najadi and attempting to kill his wife, has been instructed to enter his defence.
High Court Justice Mohd Azman Husin made the order yesterday after he ruled that the prosecution had established a prima facie case against the 45-year-old.
