KUALA LUMPUR: Hearing a woman admit to stealing a box of baby formula, a Magistrate here asked if she was a mother before deciding her punishment.
To his surprise, Tong Wei Khun, 28, who plead guilty to stealing the 1.8kg box of milk powder worth RM102.90, instead said she stole it due to a psychological problem.
