Bushfire brought under control

IPOH: The forest fire on Gunung Tempurung near the Sungai Siput Selatan new village in Kampar has been brought under control.

State Fire and Rescue Department director Yahaya Madis said firemen managed to create a firebreak at the bottom of the limestone mountain to stop the fire from spreading further.
