UNIVERSITI Tunku Abdul Rahman has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with laboratory soil testing expert B.K. Geosoil Engineering Sdn Bhd (GSE).
UTAR president Prof Datuk Dr Chuah Hean Teik and GSE executive chairman Agilan Muniandy signed the MoU. It was witnessed by the university’s Lee Kong Chian Faculty of Engineering and Science dean Prof Dr Yow Ho Kwang and GSE director Nesakumar Balakrishnan.
