THE sudden passing of American club music legend Frankie Knuckles caught the industry by surprise. Even in Malaysia, the death on Monday of the man known as the Godfather of House has been felt.
Malaysian clubbers have seen the legend visit our shores to play his classic house sets in the past, with Knuckles makingtwo DJ appearances in Kuala Lumpur, most significantly at the iconic Movement club in 2001 and a couple of years later in Nouvo Club.
