KOTA KINABALU: Villagers at Labuan’s Kampung Rancha Rancha Laut are now enjoying spruced facilities including the village’s futsal arena and stalls thanks to the Petronas Chemicals Methanol Labuan Sdn Bhd (PCML).
Some 300 of PCML’s staff along with policemen and firemen spent a Saturday carrying out community programme at the seaside village.
