RM4.7bil Osram plant to start ops in 2017

ALOR SETAR: German firm Osram will start its one-billion-euro (RM4.67bil) plant operations at the Kulim Hi-Tech Park (KHTP) by the end of 2017.

The new light-emitting diode (LED) chip plant in Kulim, Kedah, will be located on the Phase One plot of KHTP, measuring 9.7 hectares.
