PUTRAJAYA: Health authorities will not be raising the alarm over the Zika virus case reported in Singapore as it is not an outbreak of the disease, Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam said.

He said there was no need to initiate extraordinary measures nor should there be a restriction in movement between Malaysia and Singapore as the incident was an “isolated and imported case” and did not originate from Singapore.
