KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has set Sept 3 to hear an application by the publisher of online news portal Malaysiakini and two of its editors to recuse a judicial commissioner assigned to hear a defamation suit against them by Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak.
The application is to be heard before Judicial Commissioner Datuk Kamaludin Md Said.
