Retiree, 77, jolted by firecracker attack on his house

GEORGE TOWN: A septuagenarian got a rude shock when firecrackers were thrown at his house in Sungai Pinang.

The 77-year-old retiree, whose name was not made available to the press, heard a loud explosion outside his house at 10.10pm on Tuesday and upon checking, he found bits of red paper on the road in front of his house.
