Gold bars found in plane toilet moved to Bank Negara as Indian authorities probe incident

KUALA LUMPUR: The three gold bars found in the toilet of an Indian budget airline flight on Thursday have been moved to Bank Negara for safekeeping while authorities work on finding the owner.

Sepang acting OCPD Deputy Supt Zaldino Zaludin said authorities had yet to determine if police here would pursue a case on the matter, since the flight originated from Singapore and was bound for Chennai.
