Schneider Electric, Foxconn partner on AI data center infrastructure

June ⁠15 (Reuters) - Schneider Electric ⁠said on Monday it ‌had entered a strategic collaboration with Taiwan's ​Hon Hai Technology ⁠Group, known ⁠internationally as Foxconn, to ⁠develop ‌and scale infrastructure ⁠for next-generation artificial intelligence data ​centres.

Production ‌is expected to ⁠begin ​later this year.

The companies said the ⁠partnership would combine ​Hon Hai's manufacturing and AI systems expertise ⁠with Schneider Electric's power, cooling and energy-management technology to ​deliver ready-to-deploy ⁠AI data centre ​solutions.
