SEOUL, March 24 (Reuters) - Samsung Electronics' management and ‌its South Korean workers' union have agreed to resume talks on bonuses, the union said in a ‌statement on Tuesday.

The union, representing nearly 90,000 workers ‌accounting for more than 70% of the company's workforce in South Korea, had voted last week to authorise a strike, raising the risk of production disruption at the world's biggest memory chipmaker.
