The device features a triple camera setup, with a 200-megapixel main shooter, a 50-megapixel periscope camera, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide, with a 32-megapixel selfie camera on the front.

The Note 60 Ultra has a MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultimate processor, powered by a sizeable 7,000mAh battery that charges at 100W wired. Infinix says that the device charges up to 50% in just 18 minutes, and can achieve a full charge in 48 minutes. It also has 50W wireless charging.
The Malaysian launch of the device comes in a single configuration, with 12GB RAM and 512GB internal storage.
The Infinix Note 60 Ultra is rated for IP64 splash and rain protection and comes with other features, including an IR Blaster and a Matrix display on the back next to the camera bump that displays graphics and notifications.

There's also a suite of artificial intelligence (AI) features, including AI noise cancelling for calls, an AI assistant, and other notetaking tools.
Infinix partnered with Italian design house Pininfarina, known for its automotive designs, on the Note 60 Ultra’s styling, giving the device a look that may remind some of a sports car.
