PETALING JAYA: The MyTax portal is experiencing technical issues and may be inaccessible to some users.

The Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) announced that its team is currently working swiftly to restore the service in a post on Facebook today (March 2).

On X, affected users reported experiencing longer login wait times, with some saying the MyTax app was also unresponsive.

Previously, LHDN said that individuals and non-individual taxpayers can submit Income Tax Return form (BN or Borang Nyata) for 2025 Year Remuneration and Year of assesment starting March 1.

LHDN has made the submission of BN mandatory through online service or e-Filing via the MyTax portal.

Taxpayers and employers can access the service directly at the MyTax portal or through the official HASiL website by navigating to MyTax > ezHasil Services > e-Filing.
