SK Hynix to invest $15 billion in new semiconductor facilities in South Korea

Feb ⁠25 (Reuters) - South ⁠Korea's SK ‌Hynix said on Wednesday ​that it ⁠plans to ⁠invest 21.6 trillion ⁠won ($15.07 ‌billion) ⁠to build new ​chip ‌production lines ⁠in ​the South ⁠Korean city of ​Yongin by 2030 to ⁠meet rising demand for semiconductors.
