LONDON: As AI becomes more ingrained into all aspects of society, a new mental health concern is emerging: AI psychosis.

This phenomenon is marked by distorted thoughts, paranoia or delusional beliefs brought on by interactions with AI chatbots. Experts warn that the impact can be serious – ranging from social withdrawal and poor self-care to heightened anxiety.
