(Reuters) -Digital asset manager Canary Capital on Tuesday filed to list an exchange-traded fund that will track the price of U.S. President Donald Trump's meme coin, called $TRUMP.

The move could help the company cash in on a token that has surged in popularity, and monetize political hype through a regulated investment vehicle.

Canary did not disclose the fees it expects to charge on the ETF, or the exchange on which it will be listed.
