Hawker duped by customer in SG inspires association to unveil anti-scam cups

SINGAPORE: On four occasions, a customer patronised a roast duck stall at Boon Lay Place Market hawker centre, each time ordering S$50 (RM165) worth of dishes.

When stall owner Wang Mei Xiang checked her bank account several days later, she found that only S$50 (RM165) had been paid, instead of S$200 (RM659).
