Celcom users in parts of Pahang and Terengganu facing service disruptions

Celcom users in parts of Pahang and Terengganu are currently facing a service disruption for voice calls, SMS, and Internet connectivity due to a small fire that broke out this morning, according to the telco.

In a post on its X (previously Twitter) account, the telco lists the areas affected by the disruption.

The telco also apologises to its users for the disruption and says it is working on restoring service to the affected locations, though no estimation has been provided on how long this will take.

“CelcomDigi is working to restore all services as soon as possible and apologise to our customers for this disruption,” it says.

While Digi is also a telco brand under CelcomDigi, no disruptions for its users in the same areas have been reported.
