Missing Titanic submersible allegedly piloted using a cheap gamepad

A video on the CBS Sunday Morning YouTube channel from December 2022 revealed that the missing Titan submersible might have been piloted using a video game controller priced at about RM150.

In the video, OceanGate Expeditions CEO Stockton Rush showed off the interior of the the company's Titan vessel and held in hand a gamepad, saying: “We run the whole thing with this game controller.”
