'The Sims 4' will be free to play starting Oct 18


The Sims 4 was first released in 2014 as a game where players take control of a character by directing their actions and helping them achieve certain goals such as getting a job, develop skills or find a romantic partner. — Electronic Arts

Life simulation game The Sims 4 will be available to all new players to download for free across various platforms including PC, Mac and PlayStation 4 starting Oct 18.

For longtime players or those who have already purchased the base game, Electronic Arts (EA) announced that they will receive a Desert Luxe Kit as a gift from now until Oct 17.
