PETALING JAYA: In light of the severe flood due to heavy downpour in Klang Valley, Digi has temporarily shut down several of its Digi Stores and Digi Store express.
In a statement posted on its website, it said it has shut down four stores in Klang.
As of 10.30pm on Dec 18, the affected stores are the Digi Store Klang in Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Digi Store Express Aeon Bukit Tinggi in Bandar Baru Klang, Digi Store Express on Jalan Kapar and Digi Store Express Klang Parade on Jalan Meru.
Digi also said customers may face a slightly longer waiting time when dialling in to its customer service hotline.
“We sincerely apologise for all the inconvenience caused,” it said, urging customers to check this list to locate the nearest alternative store.
Continuous rain since Friday has wreaked havoc in many parts of the country, with the Meteorological Department stating that heavy and prolonged rain was expected to continue in some areas today.
