Celcom to introduce voice biometrics for customers, enrolment starts Oct 15


An FAQ explains that customers will be able to use the voice biometrics service two hours after successful enrolment. Celcom will let customers authenticate their identity using voice biometrics starting tomorrow (Oct 15).

According to an announcement on its website, the company says the verification technology detects customers’ unique voices “to verify and identify the caller in a secured environment”.
