Plastic surgeon Werner Mang has been helping people feel more attractive for 30 years - but these days, it's not uncommon for him to turn away clients. "This morning I had another 13-year-old girl here who wanted Kylie Jenner's nose," he says.

Mang, 71, who knows his noses and has even done work on several German celebrities, shakes his head recalling the girl this morning.
